Building First Quad
New to real estate investing so any help/recommendations means more than you know :)
Does anyone know what would be the easiest or most efficient way to go about getting a new quadplex built in the Greater Atlanta/surrounding area? This will serve as my primary residence and I'm hoping to rent out the other 3 units. I'm just not finding anything available or currently on the market that I would want to live in myself. Also, I think a newer building would make my life as a landlord a lot easier since I don't have much experience and wouldn't have to worry as much about stuff breaking down all the time. I've been told the hard part is finding a builder who's willing to build without me paying a large percentage upfront. (FYI- I don't have a ton of cash laying around and will be getting a loan on this.)
Thanks to everyone who chimes in.
And good luck if you're in the same boat as me!
I'm really taking this seriously & hoping it changes me and my families life for the better.
