Are their listings detailed with good quality photos?

Johnathan,Like your self, I live in an expensive area "Seattle" and invest out of state "Salt Lake City" Quality of life and affordability are very high in the beehive state.

No offense, but they are typically low-quality renters making low wages and low standards.

When it comes to finding tenants, I would make sure that there is a complete, accurate blurb of information on the listing with several high-quality photographs of the property.

What I need: qualities, courtesies, gestures you appreciate in your dream contractor so I can include them in my SOP's (standard operating procedures) to be distributed to our employees.Thanks!

Quantity or quality of deals? 

To quality control that and make sure your signs don't end up in a dumpster, give them clear instructions to take a picture on their phone of each sign they place.

And a really top quality investor ... before these laws came into effect you had good people ( i put myself in that bucket as I bought a couple hundred homes in Portland this way)  and bad bucket .. those that just got title and totally screwed the seller.

My strategy is buy and hold quality rentals for my market.

What list should I use, with the good quality leads and where should I get this list.
