I want to know who the best wholesaler in this place is. 

The one that has his stuff together and wholesaling full time and is killing it. 

This is not for the part timer/ newbie.

@Steven Bell  well   I know I would never hire or work with you either.. not defending Guy but your reponse was pretty rude  LOL  @Guy Gimenez  ....  for me I don't need no stinkin on line for anything deals come to me the very best way possible.. IE by reputation in the industry as one who can actually fund... wholesalers to me are dime a dozen.  so are on line media dudes.. worlds full of them.  and for sure I am not sophisticated enough to work with you I know that for darn sure.. I can barely get on line..
