I want to start a budget campaign! I have $750 to spend on this campaign. What list should I use, with the good quality leads and where should I get this list. Also should I send letters or postcards?

Bandit signs are very effective and one of the cheaper ways to market. You can also get a list of vacant properties as if they are vacant, they are typically motivated and you can drive for dollars...get expireds from a realtor....

Be persistent and Consistent!

Good luck!
