I was wondering if there was a local attorney in the area (San Antonio or Texas) that could show me the ropes.

It's a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse located in Spring Valley (east San Diego) CA.

My Husband and I are struggling to decide the best course of action and are hoping the BP community could weigh in with their advice...We live in San Francisco and currently pay $2,500 a month for a studio apt and have a baby on the way (very soon). 

This is consistent w other markets like Seattle, San Francisco ETCStill a sellers market for sure  but not as much.
