I own a duplex in San Francico (Potrero hill).

However, San Diego is an extreme case.However rents increase fast in San Diego.  

The property is in San Marcos, Texas.

Flipping homes in San Diego has been an incredible journey, and over the years, we’ve learned a lot about what works—and what doesn’t—in this market.

I personally left San Diego in 2017 and bought my home in Riverside County for $155,000.

Looking to talk to someone who’s had experience adding a bonus room/sunroom in San Diego.

That’s the kind of agent you want in your corner, especially in a competitive market like San Antonio.While I haven’t worked with him directly, I’ve spoken with an investor friend who did.

BP family- I bought a duplex with an attached ADU in a great part of San Francisco (lower pac heights, 94115) about a year ago.
