SF Bay Area Realtor turned Title rep getting into Investing

Hello!

I've been working in the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically the East Bay, in the real estate industry for a little over 3 years. Started out as a Buyer's agent for one of the top teams in the Walnut Creek area, then worked as an operations manager for an agent with over $22M in annual volume. Have experience closing deals in the aggressively competitive Oakland market, as well as Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, and East Contra Costa County. Now working for one of the nations largest Title and Escrow operations by day.

Bought a primary residence in 2009, made money selling it 2014 (would have made a lot more if I held it, learned that lesson early). Just closed on my first investment property, a duplex in Antioch that had tenants in place. Looking to get my next by and hold, then flip properties to fund future cash flow properties.

Just started listening to the BP podcasts from the beginning, I'm about 40 shows in. Looking forward to learning, growing, and making money with this online community.
