Hello Everyone!   I've been browsing for the last month and decided to join this amazing community.  I am looking to develop my own portfolio of homes to develop passive income, and figure it would be a natural fit since I am already a property manager.  I appreciate all the knowledge everyone shares, and I am here to help answer any questions should someone have any for me.

Thank you.

Welcome to BP, @Brian Phelt. One tip I heard recently for property managers, is to use your position to find good properties. You basically have an 'In' already as you can see which owner is starting to neglect their properties or perhaps are tired of dealing with the entire thing. Good luck.
