Instinct.that cost the insurance company 12k and they would no longer insure our dog.. so we went without insurance for the rest of her days. and kept the dead bolt on so no one could walk in like this lady did. in a rental situation i cant see how you can allow breeds that cannot be insured.

I would make a list of everyone that you know -- literally everyone who's name you do or do not know, even the lady that rings you up at the carwash-- and either call them, or if you don't have a number, go see them and tell them you're a Real Estate Agent and need some houses to sell. 

Yeah, I've been doing a little more research on running the numbers and at least with the initial guestimations as to whether or not something is a good deal doesn't nearly feel as wild or overwhelming as it initially did.
