Lease is up in January 31st 2019

Hello BP guys and ladies, Im new to BPs so please take your time with me. Im currently living in a luxury building in Bergen county area by the water and my lease is up January 31st 2019. I’m paying almost 3k in rent for a one bedroom and now I want to start investing in real estate and stop blowing my money away. I’ve been reading up on the BRRRR system and that seems like the way I want to start off. I don’t know if I want to start with the single family home or multi family house. If I do a single family house I want at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I’m looking to buy in Bergen county or Passaic county NJ. I’m from NYC and still work there. So I guess I’m looking for some good real estate agents that work with investors that could show me some investment properties. I know January 2019 is here and it’s going to be a hard task but I thought my lease was up in March which still isn’t a lot of time but they missed up my lease when I signed so it’s January. I would like to thank anyone who response to this post. THANKS So what I’m asking for is HELP...
