Finding and listing air B & B

Good day, I recently listened to the air b & b podcast and wanted to get any feedback on experience anyone has had. It seems extremely challenging to find rental properties and ask the owner to list with you, when you have no guarantee of occupancy. I understand you are taking care of their property, keeping it stocked with food items, toiletries and fresh linens. If you have had personal experience or successful experience, would love to hear.
