Finding and listing air B & B

Good day, I recently listened to the air b & b podcast and wanted to get any feedback on experience anyone has had. It seems extremely challenging to find rental properties and ask the owner to list with you, when you have no guarantee of occupancy. I understand you are taking care of their property, keeping it stocked with food items, toiletries and fresh linens. If you have had personal experience or successful experience, would love to hear. Thank you,

@Tyler Barranger @Paul Sandhu Ever feel like it’s groundhogs day around here??

Tyler, save up a down payment and buy your own house and rent it out whether it’s long term or short term.  The scenario you're referring to is in no way an investment. It's a job. It's no better than working at the Verizon store, in fact it's probably worse.

Its a good question but you’ve got a long way to go. Keep reading lots of books!

Happy to get on the phone with you for an hour any time and teach you what I know.
