The places mentioned earlier had excellent ROI and low taxes and the thoughts were that baby boomers may head to these areas and therefore increase the home values in the future.I have five more years before I can receive my pension.

In both cases the potential buyer is young and the Ikea style seems to fit them very well, I mean the baby boomer generation is about to retire, so who will buy houses if it's not the younger folks?
