Hello, My name is Dana and I am trying to get into real estate investing. We have been considering condos or smaller homes. Have done some reading about Delaware and Deltona, FL great retirement areas with low taxes. Have no experience and am looking forward to asking a lot of questions. This forum looks like a great place to learn.
