How many bedrooms would you like?
I know, it sounds like a silly question.
After all, more bedrooms equals more income right? But, does it really?
I’m starting this thread to get some feedback from the BP Nation on what your experiences/opinions as an investor (or soon to be) are regarding this subject. Of course I have my own thoughts on this, which I plan to share as the thread continues, but for now I’d like to here from anyone interested.
So, How many bedrooms would you prefer to have in your rentals? Why?
