Anything east of the St John’s river to the beaches is generally a more A-B area.

This is a very passive way of getting involved in real estate that provides fixed returns that are usually higher than the stock market.Those are a few ways to get involved in real estate in a more passive role. 

If you get enough loan volume to one lender, then you can start asking for a more efficient relationship.

I also found a more experienced investor to partner with on this deal so it was a great way to learn and prepare myself for owning my own property.

This again puts another $6-$20k in my clients’ pockets and getting a more personalized and boutique experience rather than being just another number. 

Note: A more complicated way would be to also setup a business account under the LLC, and have my property manager distribute the funds to that business account.
