What are everyone's thoughts on the best STR markets to invest in now that will experience the most growth and appreciation in 2025-26?

I'm starting to turn bullish on the Gatlinburg area again. I'm frankly surprised at how robust the market has remained. It has fallen, but not to the level that I predicted. June and July volumes have bounced back nicely. I think 2025 could be a much better year.
