When are the meet ups? I do not currently have a strategy in place, I am green as can be. I am looking to gain as much information about the space and the steps needed in order to implement a plan into place!

Welcome Jonathan! Bigger Pockets is a great place for you to get started and get some really good advice form seasoned investors. I don't have as many tips for solutions mid rehab, but I do know that most, if not all, of the very active investors that I know have established relationships with 2 or 3 lenders that specialize in programs that match their strategy and have an agent or two in the investors target market to help them find more deals without having to put much work into finding them. You should always check the numbers yourself before you sign to move forward with a property, but having someone to feed you different options lets you focus more on the work being done.

Welcome to your new addiction! haha  There is so much to learn about Real Estate with soooo many different strategies.  Follow the advice above and get out there and attend every real estate meetup you can to build your network and learn what is working for other investors in the market.
