I am seeking advice on the best way to finance the building of 4- plex units.My plan is not to do single 4- plex buildings, but group together 3-10 buildings on each site. 

BP has a wealth of information if you seek it out.

Vacation Rentals are different but seek out the people who have done them, they are on here (BP), search vacation rentals or VR as they can be know you should find a ton of overwhelming information.

I would seek to get the property contingent on him being gone and the property maintained in the condition that you have seen it in.

In fact, someone saying "money doesn't just copme out of thin air" got me to post my first thread seeking help.For me, money IS comig out of thin air.
