Hanging on to house
:violin: Hi, my name is Carolyn. I've been in denial that my husband and I are a part of the mortgage crisis. We have a bad mortgage, true, but I feel like we were fortunate enough to chose bankruptcy over foreclosure, just before the lines got really long. Now that we are moving into chapter13, I am eager to avoid losing our key assests: house, investments. I can spare the rest. So I am here to see how to do that.
