I know it sounds strange but i believe that true education comes from learning from wiser more experienced people and has a social aspect.

Since I have found this awesome social media network back in February, I have listened to almost all of the podcasts, have read many books, and spent a lot of time reading the forums/blog.

If you run a few searches of the forums you will find answers about "wholesaling" real estate here in Canada and the challenges and differences in comparison to the U.S.A.In short, the act of wholesaling is more or less the same - though depending on how you try to conduct yourself you could wind up on the wrong side of regulations/laws.Your biggest differences come in lending practices, market size and social attitudes.

I'm in school getting my masters in social work as my childhood goal was to become a therapist.
