Hi, I am an investor from the DSM area. I am wondering if meet ups are happening right now. Would love to meet some fellow investors.

@Account Closed just mentioned about the Meetup on the 17th. We will actually be meeting at the Riverwalk Hub, right where Court Ave meets the river.  We outgrew the Social Club.

Meeting is 8/17, 6-9pm. We have Clint Miller from Rally appraisal coming to talk about the appraisal system, what to look for, what to expect, what to avoid...  as well as his insights on where the market is going and how to value properties on your own.

Des Moines is gone through a lot of changes in the last few years and we have a lot of change coming up in the next couple years that we'll all want to keep an eye on.

Cheers
