I have an Air BNB unit that is profitable, however there is a loan against the property. 

I have a podcast - Pillars of Wealth Creation, that has been running for over 3 years that airs 2+ times/week.

I think it's only a couple of amps, so it doesn't need its own circuit or anything, but you need to have an outlet or junction box reasonably near the water heater.Does the closet currently have a louvered door, or vent louvers in the walls, or maybe a pipe coming down from the attic or in from outside (not the flue pipe - a separate one, just for air) to provide air for the water heater? 

Is there a IRS Schedule that I would fill out? 

I am in the process of closing on my first STR in Port Aransas, Texas.

@Tyler D.If you are intending on using it as an Air B and B research the rules in specific counties and cities as some are actively making it difficult to use short term rentals.We’re looking at Rockaway Beach as a B and B friendly area to expand in with an Amazing 4th of July Fireworks party!

I know there were talks of creating a 2nd airport there a few years ago.Generally speaking, I am curious to know what markets are fellow Atlantans currently investing in and which markets do you believe are currently being overlooked at but has the ability to tremendously grow over next few years?

Being self employed and dealing with the banks is the complete opposite of a slam dunk ( air ball) but I’m hoping once the bank sees that the property is cash flowing positive that they’ll be easier to deal with getting a second mortgage on an rental but not sure?

Excited to be getting some air under my fledgling wings.
