STR marketing suggestion

Hello all - season's greetings. I am in the process of closing on my first STR in Port Aransas, Texas. I live in Austin so I am going to use one of the top rated property managers in Port Aransas. They have good reviews and a good reputation. The PM has their own web site and will link to al the usually web sites like ABNB, VRBO, travelocity etc., etc. I would, however, like to maximize my exposure by doing my own additional marketing. things like create a facebook page and post videos and such, run facebook ad campaigns, set up a my own web site to promote the listing etc.

Any suggestions on the bet method(s) to promote and advertise a STR, besides what the PM does?

Thanks for any suggestions. BTW - this forum has been excellent and I want to thank everyone that contributes.

I put an ad up on Craigslist every day.  Also have a banner on both sides of my truck.  I give out promotional pens and calendars of scantily clad women with my advertising on it.  Also have some billboards up in the contractors parking lot of a refinery.
