Hey there folks!

I just started learning about REI a little over a month ago, and I must admit, I'm starting to feel a bug of (dare I say it) excitement creeping into my body as I start to see the light for potential Financial Freedom and creating something that enables me to help others while setting out to achieve my "Why!?" Especially after losing my career and industry to the pandemic, this has been a welcome source of positive mental momentum (Thanks BP!).

I posted a little ways back about garnering resources that you all found helpful, and have since been pounding through my newly invested library of books (many off the BP list). I think the prospect of House Hacking to start, and then diving into House Flipping/BRRRR once I have established capital and better understanding of how the systems work. BUT, throughout my reading, I keep wondering...

***What does a day in the life of a Real Estate Investor look like?***

Specifically in regards to House Hacking/House Flipping/BRRRR Investors.

If you're a relatively new investor, I would love to hear from you! If you're a seasoned veteran, what was your daily experience like when you first started, and what do you wish you had incorporated or left out? I'm sure it changes by the day, but anything helps!

Many thanks in advance again! Excited to be getting some air under my fledgling wings.

I do buy-and-hold. I wake up, at some point I go to the gym. If I don't have to go to the gym I'm probably working on my other business or am online looking at real estate.

A few times a year (4-5 times usually) I visit my PA market and am often doing work on my multi-family properties when I'm there. But aside from that not much else happens.

I reckon I need to buy more multi-family properties... and if I still have free time I should probably meet a nice lady and father some kids or something. Gotta leave this R.E. to someone!
