I am thinking OKC or FL as Colorado is booming and I'm not sure my backyard will be easiest to cash flow.

It's South of the booming highlands, there is incredible zoning allowing for developers to really make a killing with new projects and with large multifamilies, and tons of redevelopment going on JUST a few blocks north.

However, looking at Pueblo, its a good size city, great internet (for people like me), low cost of living, they are expanding the Riverwalk the next 15 years, I wouldn't be surprised if we see a boom there.  

It's sandwiched between the booming metros of Charlotte and the Triangle and as that growth continues, the Triad's economy will benefit.

They were built following the last building boom where many old apartment buildings were purchased and converted to condos.

We are seeing growth from the energy boom as well as immigration.
