im searching everywhere and cant find it.  He talked about it on yesterdays webinar.

It is also not a common practice.Title companies have a margin of time they must submit the deed to the land records dept of the local government (albeit a short time).

We had one appraised on April 27th and as 2 days ago, it still had not been submitted to the lender.

On your submitted bid, HUD does not distinguish against a cash offer or private financing- all they care about is the net.

However, I always read, networked, talked to and met with other investors (no matter where I moved to), watch you tube videos, learned from sites like this so that when the day came, I would be more than ready.Good fortunes to you.

We submitted an offer for 100k and the bank countered with 110k.
