First Rehab
Hi Guys,
I'm looking to start my first rehab but I have some questions I need answered before I get started. The first question is how do you create your team that will complete the project? Do you hire a general contractor and let them subcontract work out or do you hire each team individually (ie. painters, electricians, plumbers, etc)? For the future I would like to have my own construction team so I'm wondering how I should go about that? Do I need a designer as well?
Also what are other things I should consider besides the team I will need? I believe I understand the numbers I need to have to make it work. Are there any videos you recommend watching to better understand the whole process?
Thanks In Advance
