Hi Everyone,

New to BP, and line in SW Florida aka The Sunshine State!

Been lurking around Real Estate Investing for way too long, time too take the plunge.

Looking for anyone interested in working together, creating a Mastermind Group.

I know the general consensus is no Gurus, however need to deep dive into the details and learn ASAP!!!

Considering taking Dave Lindahl's 3 day bootcamp to fast track my education. Any input into this or anything would be greatly appreciated.

@James Reiter I dont know who Dave Lindhal is but Im guessing he's a "guru". A three day crash course? Just spend three days in these forums for free.
