Its closer to a company an a good school district.Which one do you think would  be always occupied the 3 bed/2bath(3 levels)  or 2 bed/1 bath (1 level)Thanks a ton!!

Thirdly if tenant is approved by Homeowner association (they run criminal, credit, employment check) but I feel that tenant credit and employment history my be risky for me rent to this tenant, what would best way to reject tenant and not be on hook for RE agent fee?
