Opportunity Ideas School

Greetings All:

I have an opportunity to purchase a former one level 28,000sf school (one level) block built in 2 phases. First section built in mid 50's second section built in 80's. Includes classrooms, kitchen, dining area, separate gymnasium. In a small rural town, for $80K.

I am looking for revenue generating ideas.

In my home town the McMenamin brothers are very successful taking old schools and turning them into hotel / theater / brew pub / restaurants. Check out The Kennedy School on their website. McMenamin's Edgefield was an old poor farm that is now a destination hotel and a huge draw for weddings.
