Get with local builders, I would try to sell it to them

Hi All,I'm looking for some good reputable contractors / builders in Genesee County, Michigan.Contractors who have experience with fully re-habbing homes and bringing properties up to code. 

If you are dead set on building you will need a lender who can do construction loans, and you need to get started now as you have 11months until your lease is up to find land, builder, get it approved and build out. 

Why try to save $500 when they could turn up all kinds of little stuff you'll want to know about - and have the builder fix....

The notion that builders can or will slash new unit pricing 20% is just infantile thinking, it is a very ignorant statement that is far from true.

A main partner of a home building company is no longer able to perform in the business and the remaining partner would like help winding the company down. Or possibly selling. There is a need to insure liability issue...

The current builder will have taken draws in order to pay for the construction.

Now me and a buddy have pretty much the same cabin by the same builder except when he built his the plumber did not put the booster on.  

I’m a part of a group with the founders of the Fortune Builders group, so that’s been really beneficial for me to learn from those guys!

We have a home builder who put an LOI on 15 acres with us, bad thing is we have to raise capital now.
