Building a fourplex with FHA

Hi. I have been lurking forever it seems. I am older (59) and need to start acting on my dream instead of just dreaming. I want to build a new fourplex. I still work and show an income. I am locked in a lease until Aug 2023. I don't know if I need to wait or start the process now. I know I need a realtor and a FHA lender. Can someone point me in the right direction? I am in Richmond Va.
