For instance (and this is for apartments not houses) I've had perspective tenants asking about loud music and parties to see if that would be an issue. 

I would also do a search on Youtube for owner financing, lease options and subject to financing. 

He has many, many videos and can find him on "You Tube" as well.

That's how I found out about Bigger Pockets was through YouTube.

As opposed to thinking about starting this kind of company, grow my carpentry business, buy houses, make videos for youtube...the list goes on and on about what my brain thinks about to make money.
