So if you are a really great host in a low key environment, you might get away with it.Probably some lawsuits going to happen, so that could delay or maybe even eliminate implementation of the new rules.

The designer creates a plan, and then hands it over to you to implement.

I haven't done this myself yet, but plan to implement it and see how it works.
