Self employed need help
I am currently self employed 1099. I want to get started buying properties but my taxes do not reflect enough income to receive a traditional loan. What are my options as far as getting financing. I am wanting to buy and hold for cash flow and want to implement the BRRRR method and am not sure if i will be eligible for the refinance either..Please help!

Non QM loan would work, they can do stated income or bank statement. Just get ready they take forever to close and your going to be super pissed off. Plan on 60 days to close so write that in your offer.
