If you really want to throw them off, get an unsliced loaf of bread from the supermarket, and apply their directions exactly.Once you've gone through a couple of the sets of directions, you will find that a full set of directions, that actually produces a normal PB&J sandwich, takes about three or four pages when typed and printed out.

@Cliff Mccue I've talked to quite abit of investors I know down in chicago, and alot of people aren't pulling permits, obviously I'm basically a virgin when it comes to the bylaws in Chicago, but I know in Canada, if you do work without a permit, depending on your area you might as well just drive by a casino and throw  $30,000 out the window.

Easier get electrician and HVAC guy I know to bid out project and cut out middle man than to have GC contact all these different people for bid if you catch what I am throwing

Since the lot can only fit four spaces, the investor needs to buy a vacant land at to meet the requirements, which in turns throws off his calculations.
