How can I list my lease option on the MLS?

I am a realtor and I have a lease option on property and I am marketing for a tenant buyer to do a sandwitch LO. I have it on Zillow etc but also want to list it on the MLS as a rental (with option to buy) because I am running out of time to get my TB. Problem is that the MLS rules state that only the actual owner on title can sign the listing agreement.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can make this work?

Thanks for the support guys.

MJ
