Just passed my salesperson test and looking for a sponsoring broker to hold my license in the Baton Rouge area. Fellow BR agents...Any local brokers you would recommend? Good on splits, caps, fees etc? Any other benefits that I should consider? Thanks!!

Congratulations!!!

Don't worry so much on the commission splits, etc.  Find a broker that will offer you lots of training and mentorship, etc.  You need to learn this business so you can make money, otherwise you'll be out of business.
