I think a good refresher for you ,Trey, would be to read the 10+ forums about NWA on here and how they’re unethical, and how 50+ members on BP have had terrible experiences with you guys.

I plan on screening with rentprep but still, people can be terrible.  2.

For example - If you are terrible at design like I am, hire a professional to help you furnish and design the space. 

They will do a terrible job and it will cost you far more to fix their work than to have the repairs done property to begin with.

Heck Im sure if you look up East Cleveland you will see terrible stats and say anyone would be crazy to buy rentals there.

But I have read a lot of reviews about it having some terrible call quality.

It's actually not a terrible thing.

Beyond the marketplace, the app is terrible: buggy, slow, and with an interface that's dated.

Because of the high rates right now that may not be a terrible idea if they are willing to do a lower than standard rate.There are multiple podcast episodes that touch on seller financing (I can’t think of any off the top of my head though), I would go listen to those.

I don't know exactly where the noise is coming from but my guess would be that it's the loudest up where the wires meet the house.Maybe the wires are moving and are vibrating against the metal clasps on the wood siding to make the terribly loud vibration noises?
