New Build Home for Air BnB

Hi All,

This is my first post here, I just found this website about 10 minutes ago. So please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong forum.

I will be purchasing a new build in Gilbert, AZ. I was originally going to move into it. The more I think about it, it could be a good investment property since I already have a pretty good deal on my current living  situation.

What are your experiences, thoughts on Airbnb for a new build home?
