New Western Acquistions

Has anybody dealt with NWA? I'm an investor out of the Seattle WA market and I'm looking to invest in the Phoenix Metro Market. All I'm seeing is NWA in all these facebook groups I joined and have been bombarded with 18 year old "Wholesalers" who are apparently licensed agents but want me to sign a non disclosure agreement before I can get on their "buyers list".

Their process is much different than here in Washington, they want 10k non refundable earnest money directly wired to the wholesaler not the title company, no inspection period. They're also sending me a ton of MLS deals that are already on the market and some of these deals they are charging 20-30k more than MLS list price lol.

Has anybody actually worked this this company? Had success with them? Had a bad experience with them? What's your opinion on NWA?

I have never heard of this company and I am really not impressed with all these young kids so far that have been my point of contact for the company.

I understand that you guys are trying to be as professional and as put together as possible but once again all I’m seeing is all sizzle and no steak from you guys.

I think a good refresher for you ,Trey, would be to read the 10+ forums about NWA on here and how they’re unethical, and how 50+ members on BP have had terrible experiences with you guys.

It truly shows that you guys only care about your assignment fees and not actually getting your investors deals. Let me remind you, you guys are not in the power position. We are, we are the ones actually writing the check.

I don't wish to sign a non rep agreement so you can send me "deals" already on the MLS priced $30k above what you got it under contract for.

Highly unprofessional, highly unethical. Will not be doing business with you guys.

Good luck

You have to admit though his response was very classy. It appears that your thread started with an agenda in mind and not a question as you made it appear in your first post. I have never bought from them, but I have sold a few of our properties to them in the last few years if I had over flow inventory. They appear to have a lot of hungry buyers lined up and have closed on the ones I worked with them on. I have only worked one of their reps and it turned out ok.
