Quick update boys and girls,I swear, I keep forgetting that construction management gives me Tourettes.....I could tell some stories about the local handyman, but I won't waste your morning. 

So I make them send them to one of my title companies in their family here in Oregon and run in for a courtesy singing at no cost.. and I just pop in someone will grab the docs and sign me off.Lastly we do have what I know of the world by far the simplest closing procedures try to do closings in other countries..

She then moved in another girl (18) and her little brother (13ish) bc they had no where to go.

I know this one is HUD buy they don't get many sold anyway so investors can always come grab those up when the timing is up for First Time Home Buyers.

Because it was obviously YET another blatant money grab by the city which would only result in hassles and higher rent for its citizens. 

I've seen the Authorities kick the door in the middle of the night and haul a Canadian off in zip ties (hands and feet carrying him like a log out the door) to be deported.All he had done was overstay his work visa a few weeks (not working) to get married to an American girl he was living with.They left the girl sitting on the steps of the unit crying loudly for hours (two days before their wedding day).
