I haven't stalled any deals I've been working on, I just haven't been looking in the field until it all dies down.

I really enjoy visiting Destin, FL and staying in a beach front Condo occasionally, and I have always wanted to own one and rent it out while I'm not present so the unit pays for itself.

I have wanted to get into the rental game for a very long time, my parents have never invested and have always lived paycheck to paycheck but I've always enjoyed doing something more than a "job", I prefer to "conquer" instead.

I am also about to close on a medium sized property and am just enjoying the unexpected lower interest rates.  

I really enjoy the podcasts, blogs etc.

It's the only part of real estate I like, so they're the only types of clients I really enjoy working with.

@Kimberly Hoyt Hello Kimberly, as mentioned I did not see a field for Capex or Maintenance I would add say 5% for each of those.

A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.

A chance to slow down from the ‘hustle and grind’ (the phrase that makes so many of us cringe in the first place) and take the time to enjoy a sunset together, read some books, do some house projects, and go for a walk on a snowy day.
