18 Year old wanting to get his first duplex/triplex. Help please!

I am 18 years old, and I run a Landscaping, Lawncare, Power Washing business and an Ebay business with 950 items listed and 400 sold. I have wanted to get into the rental game for a very long time, my parents have never invested and have always lived paycheck to paycheck but I've always enjoyed doing something more than a "job", I prefer to "conquer" instead. I have no interest in going to college and putting myself into debt or owning a home that will not make me money, atleast to begin with. I've got a credit of 650 and just got 2 credit cards to start building my credit higher. I've got a truck loan and a revolving line of credit through my local bank and they're always happy to work with me. I've talked with 3+ real estate agents, several banks/lenders, and I really want to get the ball rolling. I'm confident I could make a duplex turn out fantastic with all of my skills but I dont want to just jump into anything. If anyone could give me some tips or even a call to help me out if you were ever in my position I'd greatly appreciate it!!
