Hello,

i've been playing around at getting into real estate investing for a few years now. and done thinking about it. i'm going to take the plunge! now it's just about the right timing in this crazy time. i made a few half handed attempts without knowing what i was doing two years ago. but it failed i own a SFH that may in time turn into a rental. im looking into buy and hold as much as possible, SFH or multi. BRRRR sounds like a great strategy. i went to my first local meet up this month and was lucky enough to find someone that does local mentorship and seeing if we are a good fit to work together. past that i'm just looking to introduce myself and say hello

Steven
