Introduction and Thanks

Hi BP This is my 1st Post. I'm not necessarily new to real estate but much more comfortable networking in person than on the internet. I really can't Thank Brandon, Josh, Mindy and all of the other BP folks enough for this great platform. People should be really thankful for this....I learned alot the hard way. I really enjoy the podcasts, blogs etc. Of course I've been a lurker for a while and the whole drinking from a firehose thing. This leads me to all of you posters, that's where the extreme value lies! Wow! So much awesome info, and for the most part keeping your act together and not attacking. It really speaks to the growth mindset. I've already got a bunch of you on a pedestal. Anyway I'm looking forward to helping others just like you guys/gals help me. I wanted to tag a bunch of you but I'm still figuring out the app. I'm mostly out of an office so I have to use it mostly. I think most of you serial posters know who you are and sincerely from the bottom of my heart thanks!
