Thanks for the warm welcomes everyone,Jerry W, I've only gone all in on the first hand once, but I did have the nut flush and there were no pairs on the board so...Jeff S, Eventually I would like to buy and hold, but I see myself rehabbing 10 or 20 properties between buy and holds so that I can buy them cash.I just started working with my first RE agent last week, and I plan on meeting at least 2 more very soon.

In terms of appreciation as a market, the big picture long term .... probably isn't very strong (Cincinnati is not a warm, southern city), but in isolated parts and strong neighborhoods normal market appreciation will still be there.
