Have had some interest but with winter coming along and school already started leads are slowing up.  1 prospective tenant is on the market because their home burned down and the insurance company is paying their rent while the destroyed home is being rebuilt/rehabbed.

Then who knows maybe they call you in  a rough headache filled month when a few expensive repairs or vacancies have them thinking about the merits of being a note holder getting a fat check every month and no problems....Best of luck!

I think Arsenal Heights stops at State st, but you are near some very nice homes (I personally own two just west of that address on Ohio), but also about a block away from your house is a house our tenant burned to the ground and told me they burned it to the ground and the cops said they couldn't do anything unless we had a video.

Keeping the wonky mechanic theme:If the 4cyl, air-cooled engine in your 1975 VW camper needed a new top-end (all four cylinders), but you decided to replace (rehab) only two cylinders ... you won't be leaving the driveway for that trip to Burning Man.When I look at a partially renovated property, I go in with the position that if the vendor was too underfunded to complete the project, than it is more than possible that s/her also took shortcuts in the work which has been completed.
