Hello everyone. I have two rental/investment properties (San Diego and Nashville) and am about to close on a third (New Orleans). I rent and live in Los Angeles (wife's job). I've heard about this website from a couple acquaintances so I decided to hop on to see what it's all about, maybe share my own experiences and learn a thing or two. My biggest questions are on how to break through the glass ceiling when you've maxed out how much property you can finance based on your income. Well, happy hunting and good luck everyone!
