Might be faster to replace the subfloor and flooring?

I've bought several turnkey rentals and now looking to do a few BRRRRs to build equity even faster.

Being non profit, they are not much motivated to move faster and make mistakes along the way.

First, if a seller thinks we will bend backwards to take that ridiculous attitude we will give them the boot faster than she can blink. 

So I wanted to get advice on different routes to possibly move this faster.

It's also faster.

Any operator worth their weight in salt will have their finances in order. 

It allows you to build your wealth faster (your wealth is directly tied to the equity you have in the properties and the more you have the more equity have). 

That helped start the investing career, now the investments carry their own weight.
